 This is a real-story, developed based on the Leadership Talk by Dr. Abhay Jere, CIO, MHRD, Govt. of India with Yashraj Bhardwaj. He is a Co-Founder at Zenith Vipers, Workolab & Partner at Ensure Equity. His Twin brother Yuvaraj Bhardwaj is also Co-Founder of all these companies along with Petonic Infotech and GiK2. 4.     Can you imagine 20-year-old boys employing 375 researchers, students, dropped outs and filed 128 patents?

5.     Can you imagine one patent of theirs yielding more than 1 million dollars as royalty?

 Early Life as Kids!

Yashraj and Yuvraj Bhardwaj, twins from a humble background hailing from Delhi. They used to top the school. Like any other ordinary kid, they were interested in Cricket and joined the Cricket club. However, slowly they started fascinated by reading science fiction books. They left cricket and started developing interest in National Geography etc. During 5th class, they started reading second-hand books on Quantum Physics. They were not understanding anything but their CURIOSITY helped them to go to every professor and get clarified. As they cannot afford to travel, they used to send messages through social media handles and get clarified from all professors across the world. This nature of DRIVE made them stand different now in the society and market.

 During School Days as Research Scholar and How earning started?

During school, they wrote a Research Paper! During this time, the Science Museum / National Innovation competition announced researchers from 2 categories. CAT A for Ph.D. scholars and CAT B for school students. Surprisingly, these kids were selected for CAT A category and paid monthly scholarship!! They started making science projects for other school children and used to make 100/200 rupees!! They started earning. They made a pumpkin purifier and won a 25 lakhs cash award during 8th Std.

 How US Firm approached them which changed their perspective!

 This is the time, one US-based company approached these boys. They were called to Bangalore. The first time they flew in the flight. They were put in the 5-star hotel. They asked these boys to complete a specific project. They offered 0.5 million dollars upon completion. These students were excited. However, this company asked for patent filing. The patent filing needs 1.5 lakhs. But they don't have that much money. All the money was exhausted for research. They lost the project.

 How did they approach a new project?

This time, they started making Bajra Based Water Purifier (gained recognition from the State Ganga River Conservation Agency). They filed a patent. They approached the same US company and negotiated for royalty. They got whopping 7.5 crores royalty for this patent!! Bajra(Pearl millet) Purifier Working: Removal and Extraction of Heavy Metals From Water using Bajra(Pearl millet) and Purifying it.

 Real Entrepreneur Journey

They started hiring 20-25 research-oriented students and started making a lot of projects. Today in their company almost 375 researchers are working (students, dropouts, qualified and unqualified but research bent of mind people). They started an IT business and expanded it globally. It is headquartered in Dubai. They have offices in HongKong, China, Gurgaon, etc. Yuvaraj sits in the Dubai office and Yashraj sits in Delhi. This company filed 128 patents and 69 got commercialized. They have patents in healthcare/Agriculture/ Genentech etc.

 They have started a co-working and incubation center Incuspaze, and co-working and research space WorkoLab.

What is this Zenith Vipers Company?

Zenith Vipers is an online platform to encourage students to take up research and development, and promote the concept of R&D, for those who did not hold college degrees (Yourstory.in)

 Their qualification as of now!

12th Std (BiPC)!! They were invited to TEDx Delhi in 2017 and the topic was ‘research without a degree’. Invited by TEDx IIITD, organized by the Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology and topic was on ‘ideas to innovation’.

Now they are pursuing an engineering degree from Manav Rachna International University in Faridabad, Haryana.
