You can't lead a positive life with negative mind

Everything in life happens twice: first in the mind and second in the physical world. If you are consistently thinking of negative things, you will consistently experience negative situations. You have to choose what you want for your life. Then, you have to adopt habits that point you in the direction of what you want. Thinking positively takes some practice to do regularly. Thinking negatively comes more easily, because we grow up learning to keep ourselves safe through fear and being cautious.
Like attracts like. This means negative thoughts lead to negative experiences, and positive thoughts lead to positive experiences. What I can say is, a negative mind will give you a life full of stress and anxiety. Nothing will make you happy. You cannot enjoy a moment. Cynical thoughts will suck all happiness out of you. I am not saying that I never have any negative thoughts in my mind. Of course I have. We just need to overcome it. It will need practice and determination. These two things can get you anything in life you want.
And the process will be tough. But every time the negative thought comes, you have to switch it and think about something positive, something that makes you feel better. Be gentle with yourself. Don't scold yourself or don't be angry or don't start stressing because negative thoughts are coming. It will create more chaos. Just simply brush it off and start thinking positive things.
I have suffered a lot because of overthinking and negative cynical thoughts. I am still in the process of overcoming it. I have come a long way and I still have to. Also I have taken the “let it be” path. Every time I see myself to start stressing about something, I close my eyes and focus on my normal breathing and say let it be.
All the worries are created by us. We expect everything to happen a certain way. We attach too much importance to it that, we get heart broken or lose our mind if it doesn't go our way. Whenever you're in a position like this, you should ask yourself these questions:
But do you have any control over the situation? Is it more important than your peace of mind? Can your worry change the result? Always remember nothing is really the end. You can always start over. You are your most precious possession. So take care of yourself. It's not easy to always be positive. So better create a mindset where a positive or a negative doesn't bother you. Be okay with whatever the outcome is. Work On Yourself and Everything Will Workout.
Of course a negative mind will never give you a positive life. How would you enjoy life or experience positivity if always negative? I strongly believe in the vitality of thought & actions flowing from thoughts. I also believe that most of us experience different thoughts and thought patterns through darkness and light situations. The world is as we are. We see the world as a projection of our own state of consciousness. A miserable person sees misery everywhere. A joyful person finds joy in everything. Therefore, meditate every morning and evening to find permanent bliss and peace in enlightenment, the goal of life. Cheers!
