5 年That’s an interesting take on AI. There are things we know are inevitable and will happen sooner or later. Not sure why some people still chose to ignore the true and look the other way.

5 年Having run large call centers, people complaining about training AI when they are spending so much time and money training live agents over and over baffles me.
