If you can't create history, you are not an entrepreneur.

Every one in this world can become an entrepreneur but not all can create a history. The similarity between Mark Zukerberg, Steve Jobs, Jack Ma is not about their ability to copy popular ideas instead creating ideas that others want to copy. In recent times, I see most of them trying to become an entrepreneur just because they have idea, team, money power, technology, capability, skills etc. But the major trait an entrepreneur should have is the sustaining skills. Start up needs proper mentoring, business guru, human resources support to run a successful venture. For the already sustained business, one needs plans and direction to proceed further. In my understanding, I have brought in CEOs under various category;

Develop ideas that are popular, get noticed as a competitor.

Develop ideas that are old, no demand yet create it.

Develop ideas that are traditional, no loss / no gain venture.

Develop ideas that has no market for now, fail and move on to become an employee.

Develop new ideas, fail and improvise the idea until create a history.

Develop ideas that has no market, yet can create a demand and make a history.

There are copy cat WhatsApp, Facebook, Linkedin etc. But the original ideas remains to be successful just because it is unique, original and was created for the first time. You might see many IT companies but you might see only few solution providers or disruption makers in the market. Anyone can have chain of restaurant, but what makes KFC a successful venture?

To create a history, you don't have to be an experienced or old or with lot of money. Entrepreneurship needs only open mind to accept the challenge and see the opportunity in the difficulty. If you are the ONE, you can create the CHANGE and make HISTORY.
