You can't change your past, but you can surely stop 'messing' up your future!

You get up one find morning and find that whatever you have done so far in your life or career has been full of mistakes and regrets and that we wish to erase all the bad patches of the past behaviours and deep black spots on your mind and scars that have not healed even after years of healing yourself.
Now, you have started feeling that now your future will only be messed up if you are accepting and allowing it to be a mess. In that case I think you should ask “how do i forgive myself for the past and heal my life for what I have done? ”You cannot forgive yourself for something that didn't happen yet however you could change your attitude immediately and instead of trying to fix the past just go and keep planning for a better future for yourself. Remember that its never too late and victory is always the sweetest if you coming from a disadvantaged stage in the past.
Every one makes mistakes in life and therefore everyone has a right to correct them and improve and keep learning from the past mistakes so that they are not repeated again. By realising that your spiritual power asks you be down to earth and try to make you a humble, trusting, prayerful and self healing individual. We need to move up your spirit, and turn towards a spiritual life. The answer will come slowly if you really listen to the universe. You just need to make a clear and honest attempt to find a good mentor for yourself and like in the confession box you confess to the Father of the church, tell him or her everything and make your intentions clear that you want to rectify the past mistakes and you don’t ever want to repeat your mistakes.
You should also remember that the real purpose with your incarnation into a physical form of the body is not to be a perfect and blame free person. The real purpose of life is to learn as much as possible and how can you learn something which cannot be applied in your life. Take your life in your own hands and take good advice from your mentor and seniors and observe what they tell you and follow their directions and change the course of your life towards a more fulfilling and positive impactful life.
Start doing meditation daily to calm your mind and connect with the god spiritually. This does not mean you need to visit places of worship like churches or temples or mosques. Just do your prayers at home and make a firm resolve that your life need to be healed and your future is in your own hands to be built with care and confidence. Develop a hobby like learning an art form music, painting, dancing, sculpting or whatever art form you choose try to follow that seriously and attend some good training for the same. Do practice daily and try to improvise what you learn to heal yourself internally and then you will soon start feeling better inside and start positive vibes coming to you from the universe.
Follow some steps in self healing like do apologise for your past mistakes and seek forgiveness. Saying “sorry” really is the best policy when it comes to committing a screw-up of any magnitude. Staying indifferent is insulting and implies that you don’t even care, which comes across as deeply rude. Therefore, you should apologise immediately to the concerned people. May that be your parents, family members, spouse, siblings friends or teachers who ever you think will forgive you ask for their forgiveness. You might have to eat a bit of humble piece of pie at one point or another, but that’s the price that comes with being less than perfect. Choosing to select the more honourable route and apologise for your mistakes might be more awkward than burying your head in the sand and walking away, but it will also earn you respect, friends, forgiveness, and self-esteem. So when you’ve screwed up, apologise sincerely, and get right back to work.
Try to take a break from the situation you are in. Spend some time in solitude, go to a jungle or mountain or sea shore alone and spend time with nature. Nature is the best healer they say. One of the best things to do is to get yourself out of the environment in which the mistake occurred, to stop your mind from dwelling on the situation. Staying in that immediate environment and mulling over the mistake you made is only going to cause you to lose your focus, drop your ability to work and live in that situation. When you go out of town for a couple of weeks it will help you to mull over and change your atmosphere and mindset for better.
Most importantly you need to be kind with yourself. Be your own friend and pamper yourself. Don't go on fasting or starvation as you don't have appetite or thirst. Don’t go beating yourself up, and and don’t dwell on your mistake to the point of it having a detrimental effect on your mental health or your ability to be yourself around friends, coworkers, and loved ones. They’re human too, and the vast majority of people will readily help you recover and allow you to sincerely apologise. Take a deep breath, try to calm yourself down, and remember that it isn’t the end of the world man, come on, life is so beautiful and there is lot of life left to be lived again and enjoyed. Therefore cheer up and stay blessed!

4 年extremely important that we learn from our past and move forward, learning from our failures and embracing future with new zeal and vigor. I remember a small story from my earlier years, our class teacher asked us what would we prefer to hold in our extended hands, a bag full of our books for 2 minutes or a single text book for 20 minutes. every one chorused for one text book for 20 minutes, after 5 minutes we started lowering our hands and by another 3 more minutes none of us could hold it any more. that is the analogy with life, the longer we hold our bad experiences of the past the slower will we move towards our future.
