You Can't Change A Body You Hate
How many times have you looked at a part of your body and said "I hate the way my _______ looks."? We all have parts of our body that we are not happy with.?
It is a problem area because you are genetically predisposed to carry fat in that area. So it is the first place you store it and it is the last place it leaves. It's like a really annoying party guest.
When was the last time something good came out of you calling yourself fat??
If you heard someone talking to your child or your best friend the way you talk to yourself, you would be taking your earrings off and it would be on!?
It is not productive and is actually destructive.
You have fat, so does everyone else on the planet. Now that we have that out of the way, let's start taking some steps to fix the way you talk to yourself.
Because your brain is like Google.?
If you say, "Ugh, what is wrong with me?" the brain goes to work and starts telling you all the things that are wrong with you. Then you feel worse and your go further down the shame spiral.
Instead start asking yourself good questions, such as "What is going right for me right now?" or "What seems to be working for me?"?
Then your brain can help you realize how awesome you are.
This way you are coming from a place of empowerment rather than fear. When you feel empowered you will feel worthy of changing your body and the magic will start happening.
I can feel some doubt creeping in with you right now and I get it. Put it to the test!?
Stop talking down to yourself and start asking yourself empowering questions that build you up.?

When you do talk to yourself negatively (and you will, it is ok), catch it and correct it.?
Words are very powerful tools, use them to build yourself up rather than tear yourself down.?
