YOU CANNOT REDUCE BODY WEIGHT UNTIL YOU CHANGE YOUR MINDSET

Are you the One who paid annual membership in Gym or started work out and failed up in three months. Yes I was the one who attempted more than twelve times to reduce body weight in last eight years time. Of course the reason was my lifestyle. I was having 99.5 Kg and touched 100 several times before two months .Today I am in 87 Kg. If you are interested to know the way I have reduced my body weight keep reading .And I am sure this will work for all .

I was maintaining really a healthy body till my 21 years. After that when I started my career in Sales I stopped doing all activities. In 21 years I was on 75 Kg which was apt to my body as per BMI Calculation .Next 18 years I had a careless life and spoiled the health to the core and had a record weight of 100 KG.

From 75 Kg I touched 94 Kg within 4 years. I hope majority of you can visualize the lifestyle during those days. The same journey continued another 6 years with out taking any action. Body spoiled furthermore. During these 16 years span of time I tried to take some actions and lost the track several time

You may be able to make crores of money in short time if you work with right intention. But you cannot rebuild your health once it crosses the limit. The early you start taking action towards making good health ,the early you are going to win. I am sure still majority will not realize and understand the importance .I read one article about one lady in Europe. She was a cancer patient. She literally threw lot of money in front of Dr and cried to save her from pain . That photo and article made some trigger in my mind also. Got a great realization that whatever fortune you are having you cannot buy health. You have to build and maintain it.

I initiated and failed more than 12 times. I took membership in Health club, I started morning walk ,I tried dieting. I tried nutritional food and so many other options. When I re checked the reason for failure I understood that I was not having any definite objective .I will start the activity, the moment I am reducing 3-4 Kg I will become satisfied and go back to normal. I agree there are so many people who follows regular routine and maintain healthy body.This post is not for them . But I am sure that there are so many people failed to do the same. In that group itself majority are not bothered about the health. But I strongly recommend to all that This is high time to start and maintain your good Health .

I am sharing the secret which worked for me very well is that 80% mindset and 20% actions.So what can we do and How can we do. Rather than targeting just weight loss ,fix an ideal body weight to achieve. Make a target on a daily basis. Visualize the ideal shape of the body repeatedly through out the day. Write it down on a daily basis . Track the weight loss. Don't get settled or satisfied by small weight loss. Remember that people fails due to lack of consistency. Identify the situations where you are losing focus and avoid such situations and people especially for first 25 to 30 days. The most important thing is that once you reaches your ideal body weight you will not go back to overweight again . By the time you will be habituated to a great lifestyle.

In weight loss , Food habit has a better role than exercise.Yes of course exercise is important. Without reducing food intake you cannot reduce weight.Control of food habit is also about mindset only.Select healthy food.Realize first which are the food you are consuming extra and make a focus on that. Don't keep such food in house. Also realize the situations where so much of food intake happening. avoid such situations. Find out a good friend who is regularly doing work out and maintain continuous communication. Avoid distractions. Select the food items which is good for your health and mind.Yes I also used one nutritional food and it really helped me.

I also have seen few people are saying that I don't want to have any decease ,So that I am doing work out. Instead we should say that I do work out to maintain a healthy body. I mean to say that we are not suppose to give any negative signal to the body which will result in a negative way. All these are proven . According to me there is no need of avoiding any food but reduce the quantity. It will definitely workout if you follow this.

When I started doing workout I could also able to think more and my days have become more productive. I am able to finish my task related to job or whatever in lesser time. We will feel lot of energy through out the day. This energy is going to impact gradually in your personal success. We can feel the extreme happiness in life. Yes guys The real happiness comes when you maintain proper food habits and regular work outs. It is not while enjoying the casual life. So in Short Healthy Body is an inevitable part of success in life. So dears....START TAKING ACTIONS WITH RIGHT MINDSET....!!!!
