Becoming Successful: It is hard work

"All the successful people became successful because they wanted to be successful and honed their skills and talents deliberately by making a conscious effort.

"Look at sports persons or writers or painters or businessmen - every one becomes successful by staying focused and by working diligently to achieve their goals. Their goals attract them to move forward. They don't leave things to chance, They work on themselves. They become better every day in each dimension of their lives.

"They spend time in preparing, planning and doing. They simplify processes and their routines. And they are willing to sacrifice immediate pleasure for long term gains. They choose to use their conscious mind more so as not to get trapped by the past.
