You can still get a mortgage...

To all my friends and connections... I wanted to shout out and let you know that I am still working and it is business as usual (or almost).

If you need a pre-approval for a mortgage I can do that by phone or email.

If you want to refinance I can handle that for you as well.

Here are a few things you should know...

• We are still doing mortgages
• The government is still operating so federally backed loans are still available
• VA loans are still available
• Title companies are still doing closings (although most are only closing at their offices and avoiding round table closings)
• Necessary records are still available
• So far the worst case scenario is a few days longer to get the loan to closing

So don't panic! I am still here to take care of all your mortgage needs. Rates are great, homes are still for sale so call me.
