YOU CAN NOT SEE COVID BUT YOU CAN SEE TRANS FATS CAUSE CVD.

Hi - Pls read "Covid is invisible but TRANS FATS are visible". TRANS FATS have killed more people & left families in pain (1 in 3 families) than Covid. TRANS FATS HAVE COST YOU & YOUR KITCHEN A LARGE LOSS IN FAST PROFITS! . It is not just oil type, its oil Management, ESR/G. Everyone must become totally responsible.

BUT YOU CAN SEE, TASTE & WITNESS TRANS FATS – 

which annually infect 10M in China.

1    Trans fats reduce consumer’s immunity, destroy their lifestyle, take their savings & lives.

2    The WHO, Heart Foundation & 69 Country Health Departments have stated Trans fats cause Cardiovascular Disease (CVD).

3    Enjoi is a leading specialist in supply of the lowest concentration of trans fat making Non-GM, Pure MUFA oils.

4    MUFA oils are the safest nutritional oil with the highest level of immunity against CVD.

9    The graph attached was done for MCD in Melbourne Australia shows how quickly each oil reached 0.5gms/Kg in a MCD fryers.


10  The graph plainly shows the oils with the highest resistance (stability to decomposition) are the  monounsaturated (MUFA,) non-GM, 100% pure High Oleic Sunflower oils (HOSO) & Canola (HOCO) oils. Whilst the oils with the highest content of trans fats made whilst at work, are the less stable saturated (palm & palm blends) and the least stable being the polyunsaturated (PUFA) soybean, rapeseed, sunflower, Malay Canola & or vegetable oils.

11  It is my wish for Enjoi to become a preferred supplier of High Oleic Sunflower, a provider of knowledge to the staff, reporting back to base on the fryers and the oil on a daily basis in 15 countries of Asia.

12  Note that Enjoi has the financial backing to securities (USD$30M- $60M monthly balance or higher ) purchase orders in multiple currencies and therefore maintain an off-balance sheet supplier of oil to MCD.

What has Enjoi achieved since it started in 2010 ;

13  The fall in price of Non-GM pure HOSO & HOCO oil down by 40%.

14  Changes in oil standards set by the countries Food Safest Departments so that they can achieve the goals of the government. - see my post on the history.  India declared Nov 2020 to ban PUFA & SAT oils in schools.                                                                                                                                 

15  The effective useful life of an oil is when it reaches a trans-fat level 0.3gms / kg.    

16  Note, procurement do not accept that every oil type decomposes at work into trans fats at different rates or periods of time - each oil has a fry life. The fry life determines the volume of oil consumed over any period.                                                                                                                        The fry life of every oil is dependent on what is fried.                                                                                                                                                                      When frying chicken coated in flour & crumb-mix which goes into the fryer minutes later-  will be 1 day unless oil is added during the day (top-up). The fry life of SATs can be increase from 1 day with top up of 30% to maximum of 2 full days before trans fats exceed 0.3gms/kg. If the fry life reaches 3 days, the volume of oil used including top up is 1.9 times for chicken (0.63%/day) and 1.75 for just chips (0.53%/day).Whereas,  Enjoi HOSO lasts for 10 days with a top up of 0.3% per day so the top up over ten days is 4.0 OR  0.4% per day for ten days. Likewise, rapeseed (PUFA) made in Central Europe & Asian refineries has a fry life of 1 day & may go two days with a daily top up of 30%. Soybean (PUFA) 2 days after a top-up 25%. Note all chips and chicken pre-fried in either a SAT or PUFA oil is in breach of the oil standards set by the 69 countries.

17  The Price of the Oil does not advise anyone HOW MUCH is PAID OUT - the expenditure- for the week, month or year. Hence the “PRICE” of any oil is INSUFFICIENT to determine how much oil actually costs.

18  The real cost of an oil =  Price x Volume consumed in the chosen period. Given the fry life of HOSO oil is 3 to 10 days longer than a SAT or PUFA depending where the oil is at work. So HOSO at work in a wok at high temperatures (1800 C or higher) is 2 to 3 day. However,  in a 30 Litre carbon (black staining),fryers, the Enjoi HOSO oil filtered will last 10-13  days in a busy chicken frying outlet that starts at 7am & ends at 12.30pm. 

19  Example Expenditure: Vegetable oil has 2 days and top up of 30% and costs say US$0.80/Litre per month. Vegetable oil costs over 30 days is 

= $0.80 x 30days/2 + $0.8 x 30 x0.30 = 12+7.2=$19.20 / Litre / month

Enjoi HOSO costs 

=$1.95 x 30/10 + $1.95 x 30X0.03 = 5.85 + 1.76 = US$7.61/ Litre / month A BIG SAVINGS

20  So, using the safest, most nutritional oil which builds the immunity can be used to make the yummiest food for less expense. The oil that costs the most also reduces fixed & variable expenses making it even more attractive to use

21  Lastly what is the most accurate value of any oil? If you pay for Enjoi HOSO $1.95/L which contains 82% Omega9 (Immunity). Then any PUFA blend (called vegetable oil) with an Omega9 content of 25% is worth 1.95/82%  x 25% = $0.59/L and Palm oil is $1.95/82 x 39% = $0.93.

22   Banning Saturated (SAT) and Polyunsaturated (hydrogenated or with additives) oils to decrease the number of deaths.  Has been proven effective in a 13-year trial in State of New York USA, by The World Health Organisation, the Heart Foundation and 97 nations Health Departments have confirmed their agreement. So why are listed responsible corporates stating on their website nutritional statements the use SATS and or PUFA oils

23  There are further difficult hurdles with respect to reporting the compliance to the International Oil Standards and hence the integrity that is contained in the ESR or ESG reports depending on where the Franchise & Franchisee are listed.

24  In conclusion Enjoi HOSO 82% NON-GM,100% pure oil provides more upside profits than a cheaper  non-MUFA oil. Because MUFA oils are:

(i)     Healthier, stable, more nutritional oil making better quality food 

(ii)    Reduce the cost of oil ingredients by 40-60% 

(iii)   Reduce the cost of fixed and Variable over heads by 10% or more which actually is 2-3 times more than the cost of the oil.

(iv)  Reduces the cost of marketing by 80% which is 6-10 times the cost of the oil.

(v)   Increases Sales to 20-30%  (100,000 x cost of oil) 

(vi)  Increases share price because it has a much higher sustainability index than any other oil.

(vii) Reduces the cost of health insurance for every individual and the government.

(viii)     Saves more lives than COVID takes away..
