People come to GrowthHackers.com for inspiration and ideas that can help them reach their growth objectives. So it's not surprising that articles like 4 Super-Actionable Adwords Tips to Try Right Now are consistently at the top of the trending page.
The problem is that many of these articles are long and it can be challenging to tease out the specific testable ideas. For example, today I found this fantastic article trending from the SumoMe blog Drive Massive Traffic with Instagram Marketing: A Sumo-Sized Guide . But as a busy CEO I unfortunately couldn't read through the entire 5 chapter post to tease out all of the ideas. The good news is that my colleague Anuj had already read through the entire article and documented all of the testable ideas. He embedded them on this GrowthHackers page that links to the article.
Clicking on the title of the idea opens up a full experiment document where you can see all of the details about the idea, which often includes screenshots and examples from companies who have tried it. Each embedded idea has a "save this idea" link, making it easy to start collecting the ideas you want to eventually test. Once you've saved an idea you can easily customize it to the unique attributes of your business. You can even invite teammates into your idea collection to discuss the ideas.
To find articles with testable ideas simply look for the prefix [Ideas Inside]. Every time you see [Ideas Inside] there is at least one idea embedded on the page that links to the article.
Free Platform for Testing
GrowthHackers doesn't just make it easy to find ideas, we also make it easy to test them. We offer a completely free version of our GrowthHackers Projects platform that helps you prioritize and manage testing and start building a knowledge base of what works for growing your business. Getting started with the platform is as simple as saving your first idea.
Not sure you need to test these ideas? Think again. Every product is unique and what works for one company often doesn't work for another company. The only way to know if an idea will work is to test it. The more tests you run, the more likely you are to identify tactics that work for growing your business.
The chart below demonstrates the importance of testing at Twitter.
In late 2010 Twitter's user growth hit a wall and they had almost a completely flat quarter. Then they brought in a new VP of Product who increased their testing from a couple of tests per month to ten test per week. This led to a sustained period of accelerated growth. We call this process of rapid testing "high tempo testing" and GrowthHackers Projects makes it easy to manage the process.
Growth ideas are the fuel that propels high tempo testing. So go to GrowthHackers.com to start collecting the ideas you'll want to test. Happy collecting!
