Brevard DC is afraid of it own shadow. I'm sorry but inside the group, there are more groups and they can not pick a candidate because they are afraid that they are going to offend someone if that group does not like them . You know when I ran and lost by less than 1% . Not one person from the DC come out to help me . Not one worked a poll and fund raised for me. Not one called to ask if I wanted help . My campaign manager called them a few times for help . Did you see them , well either did I ! If it was not for Nancy Higgs help, I would not, done as well as I did on the beach side . One day the DC will understand that they have good people out there, but first, they must UNITE inside, before they go outside. It is not going to happen anytime soon.
Here is an Example in the District 5 race the Democrats were basically locked out of the race. They put up no one, So by having a write - in candidate in the race ( paid for by an unknown source to get in the race) the Democrats Vote for no-one in the General Election and Missed out on Voting where it Counted in the Primary. What did they do about it NOTHING, this the 2nd time that the District 5 race was won that way in the last 8 years. Hey , as they say , you get out what you put in, the Democratic Party puts nothing in .So they get just that nothing . No, no sour grapes here just facts. Life is what it is . One day someone will be in control and say enough is an enough and put people in their place. Without the fear of hurting, someone's feeling .
WOW I CAN NOT BELIEVE THE DP IN PALM BAY
Palm Bay Police department will not endorse a candidate for County Commissioner District 5 because one of the candidates, husband is negotiating their contract. First, he can not be negotiating and or he cannot have anything to do with the Palm Bay Police Department he has a FELONY for Battery I believe .....If this is so and a record check can solve this , Why would Palm Bay City Council allow this ? WOW So not only did I hear that the City manager had a DWI OR A DUI again a record check will state which it is !!! Still, the Question has never been answered how the City manager was chosen and how out of nowhere this Assistant City manager picked. With no experience either one . Then the County Commissioner from district 5 was made the economic development manager ? That is the same guy that work for the County commissioner as an AID that became the assistant city manager !!!!! Is anyone starting to see a pattern here? I think the State of Florida would be right to put all the council and all the persons involved and the City Attorney & Palm Bay Police Union under deportation. Let's see who is willing to lie under oath !!!!!! Oh, by the way I do believe that a few council people already have..........Just my opinion ....I use no name to protect the innocent ......

All I can say is I'm sorry for the troubles of the world today and I feel no child should go hungry .........But we have the same problem here in the U.S.A. but because it is spread out so far apart from each other we never see it as a whole we only see it in our back yard ...It is so easy to turn our heads and say they should take care of themselves ....But when a country the size of one of our state's has a mass protest it become a problem. I am not trying to be mean and I believe that it is a problem but it is worldwide ....Fix it here first ....This is just my opinion ......Sorry world but I believe my money should take care of the U.S.A. first then the rest of the world .....Real Human Rights start at Home !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!....

@ Angela F .....Good Morning ....First and foremost I'm not a Republican . Second I would not vote for Hilary if she was the only person on the ballot !!!!!... If you put 100 lawyer's in a room you would come up with 100 different answer to the same question ..At this time Trump would get my vote ... I was a Bush guy I did like Jeb again I think of myself as a person that believe you need to try to balance life's as I call it fare share program's...I believe that as a Vet, that Vet program's should be funded fully ....I believe that no one in the U.S.A. should be homeless .....That food should be make available for any child that is hungry .....If that make me a Liberal so be it ...I also believe that if the things i just talk about are made available then somehow someway you must do something for it ...clean a park paint a building , learn a trade .....We must make everyone help themselves . Please again I say this is my opinion If someone does not like it to bad .... Here is your reform if no one is working then no one pay taxes . So if you want REFORM put tariffs on all incoming items so that is would cost less to manufacturer or built the Item here .The Hell with trade agreements if business can just pick up and leave when they feel they can paid lower wages somewhere else they will leave . Make all corporate going into a contract with the U.S.A. people That they will stay for the time period that is agreed with. As of Feb. 2015 .the payroll to population is .. about 67% ..go to a flat tax and let everyone pay their fare share .. The Corporate tax should be base on jobs the more job you create the lower your rate ..If everyone in the top 1% of the corporate world pay's a flat rate and there are no tax loop holes then all is far ''RIGHT" ...I know to easy The Federal government need to grow balls again like when they carried the BIG STICK ...Remember that time in the U.S.A. history .

Cruz is American born, his mother is an American citizen and it does not matter where you are born as long as your mother is an American citizen. Also using your premise the first 8 presidents would not be eligible and George Romney, Goldwater, McCain and Obama would not be eligible either This has been settled as all the cases challenging Cruz has been thrown out and the last one the person that filed has to pay court costs

It's not always easy to feel sorry for sunny Florida. But it just got hit with another blow.
On Thursday, the Census Bureau revealed that 18% -- or 1.6 million -- of the Sunshine State's homes are sitting vacant. That's a rise of more than 63% over the past 10 years.
Having this amount of oversupply on the market will keep home prices depressed and slow any recovery.
During the housing boom, Florida was among the hottest real estate markets in the nation. Homes were snapped up by the state's growing population as well as hordes of investors confident that prices would continue to soar.
"You'd drive through downtown Miami and see 30 or 40 cranes sticking up in the air," said Michael Larson, a housing market analyst for Weiss Research.
The bust brought an end to that. Development ground to a halt. Retirees stopped relocating. And prices started falling and vacancies rising.
"Housing went from being the preeminent investment of choice to toxic waste," added Richard DeKaser, an economist with the Parthenon Group.
The vacancy problem is more dire in Florida than in any other bubble market: In California, only 8% of units were vacant, while Nevada, the state with the nation's highest foreclosure rate, had about 14% sitting empty. Arizona had a vacancy rate of about 16%.
In Florida, the worst-hit county is Collier -- home of Naples -- with a whopping 32% of homes empty. In Sarasota County, 23% of the housing stock sits vacant, while Lee County (Cape Coral) has a 30% vacancy rate. And Miami-Dade County has a vacancy rate of about 12%.
The housing recovery will take years, perhaps many years, to complete, according to Ingo Winzer, a housing market analyst and founder of Local Market Monitor.
Not helping is the the fact that the state's rate of population growth slowed in the second half of the last decade to just 5.7%. Still, the 2000s saw the state population grow overall by nearly 18%, the Census Bureau reported. I
"It will take about eight years just to put the vacancy numbers back into the single digits," said DeKaser.
The inventory overhang has sent home prices plunging. The median price for homes sold in January was just $122,000, according to the Florida Association of Realtors. That was down 7% from 12 months earlier and less than half the price at the peak of the market.
Winzer thinks prices in Florida will drop even more, another 5% in 2011 and 3% in 2012. "Even after that, they're not going to rebound, they'll just sit on the bottom," he said.
Celia Chen, a housing market analyst for Moody's Analytics, is also downbeat in her forecasts for Florida. Not only will prices fall another 11%, she said, but the bottom won't hit until mid-2012, about a year later than the nation as a whole. Some metro areas won't get back to their pre-recession peaks until long after the present owners are old and gray.
She doesn't expect Naples, for example, to come all the way back until the late 2030s. Other Florida metro areas with a 20-year wait or longer include Punta Gorda, Palm Bay and North Port.
"If you're buying in Florida for retirement," said Winzer, "maybe you buy next year when prices will be near the bottom. If you're buying for investment -- don't."

It is simple ...But no one wants to hear it ...Put the social security system back to the way it was meant to be and not have it in the federal budget but a stand-alone fund like it was meant to be and both Husband & Wife can draw out of it and the only thing they are getting is their own fund they put in .......then when they retire you can take away a part of what they would get ....Hope the one that was sick made it ......If they did not make it they just got part of the S.S. fund that was theirs anyway ......I been trying to get Washington House and Senate to look at this for 25 years ....... FILIAL LAWS: Just another reason for us in the beautiful State of Florida to not let our kids sign anything for us as we get older .....Unless you do not like your kids then let them sign everything ....If you do not know about Filial Laws. PLEASE look it up It can change your children whole life if you do not watch what and when they are signing to help you .. They may be signing their life away thinking they are helping you .....
