Cloud 9: The Ohio EFT Community Newsletter
by Chris Cantergiani on December 19, 2022
I love lists, and this time of year you’re bound to see dozens of them. The 10 best gifts for dog lovers. The Top 5 travel destinations for the new year, etc. While searching through some to include in this week’s newsletter, I found one about New Year’s resolutions that stood out and wanted to share.
This list provides 5 things you can do to improve your mental health in 2023. What I especially love about it is that these simple resolutions don’t cost anything and can go a long way toward improving your wellbeing in the new year.
1) Set Realistic Expectations.
2) Make Exercise Part Of Your Routine.
3) Use Mediation To Reduce Stress.
4) Take Social Media Breaks.
5) Ask For Help.
Click the link above for a more details on each of those points. Hopefully you’ll find these 5 points meaningful. However, if you can only keep track of one, try this: Every year you make a resolution to change yourself. This year, make a resolution to be yourself.
Now, on with this week’s Ohio EFT Newsletter:
