The battle has almost nothing to do with the weapon, or even the body. It has everything to do with the mind. Now, there are a few things here that are really interesting...
Firstly, do you see how completely relaxed the Grand Master is? I talked about this in my very first article entitled “Punch Like a Girl.” People think that masters are relaxed because they are simply demonstrating. Actually, masters are always relaxed. They only use hard power at the point of impact.
This principle applies equally to business. Listen to the narrator at 3:09 when he says that this is all about “looking for gaps in the other person’s mind.”
This goes hand in hand with my most recent article. Put simply, it is a scientific fact that our brains decide what we are going to do up to 10 seconds before we actually realise it ourselves. This is both very exciting and very important. If another party can detect an opening in your mind even a second before you do, that’s when you are vulnerable.

The trick in life, and in business, is not to learn these techniques to manipulate others. Close off your own gaps first, so that you cannot be taken advantage of. This leaves you free to pursue your dreams without fear. As explained at 1:44 of the video… you can learn to become “effectively invisible.”
