Answering constant emails and making constant phone calls is not sustainable. You will burn out.
Step back and reassess what you are putting your energy into. The thing I like to recommend is setting up "power hours." One hour for reactive tasks. One hour for proactive tasks. And ample breaks.
As the saying goes, you can't pour from an empty cup.
