Are you building a business around your life?
Are you building a business around your life? Or a life that's working around your business?

Are you building a business around your life?

Or a life that’s working around your business?

When I ask my newly-onboarded clients why they chose to work with me, I usually hear answers like:

?? We want to be more efficient with how we’re using our time

?? We want to expand our roaster without burning out, and we have to have the right systems and processes in place for that

?? We want to get rid of repetitive tasks we don’t like doing ourselves

But then I also hear (much better!) answers like:

?? We want to give our clients the feeling that we’re there for them, at every step of the way, even if we’re not physically sitting at our desks

?? We want our employees to have fewer tasks on their plates, so they can focus on their zone of genius

And my personal favorite:

?? We want to spend less time in our business so we can spend more time with our family and loved ones

You see, this, right there, is the reason why I love helping businesses scale without the overwhelm.

It’s not just about making more money.

It’s about building businesses that support the life we imagine for ourselves, instead of running businesses that dictate our lives and how much quality time we can spend with our loved ones.

It’s one of the reasons why I loved helping a fast-scaling agency with their processes and systems.

I learned that the wife of one of the founders was about to give birth, and her husband wanted to make more room in his life to be there for her and their new-born child.

They needed the right solutions for them so that this co-founder could take paternity leave, while their clients were still getting all the attention and assistance they needed (and without overwhelming the co-founder who took over for that time).

The solution, in their case, was as simple as moving their clients into dedicated Slack channels, and connecting them to their new CRM and project management system.

But it gave them the bandwidth and headspace they needed to fit the business around their personal lives, rather than the other way around.

And funnily enough, thanks to these solutions, the business continued to grow even when this co-founder took a step back for a while.

Looking for simple solutions to scale your business AND spend more time with your loved ones? I can help. Reach out here and let’s find the right solution for you.
