As we stand at the close of a great 2023, it’s a momentous occasion to reflect on our journey – a journey that began with a vision, a dream that we’ve collectively turned into a stunning reality. Today, as we celebrate being named the #1 Skillbridge program in the country by Rate My Skillbridge , I want to take you back to where it all started, to the very roots of AllegiantVets , and how together, we manifested this vision into existence.

When AllegiantVETS was nothing more than a concept, a blueprint in my mind, it stemmed from a deep-rooted desire to create a platform where transitioning service members could find not just resources, but a community that understands and supports them. This vision was fueled by the realization that what #veterans truly needed was a comprehensive approach to the military transition – one that catered to both professional aspirations and more importantly, personal growth.

The journey from vision to reality was anything but a straight path. It involved failing, planning, and failing again. It took unwavering dedication, and an unshakeable belief in the potential of what we were building. We started small, with only 2 of us in those early days, there was a tangible feeling of purpose and a commitment to make a difference created that still drives us daily.
