Are You Becoming Too Comfortable At Home?

COVID 19 has us bound in four walls, we are barely able to move out of the house unless it is to get groceries or other essentials. Being stuck at home has pushed us into a comfort zone that has us bound to our couches and beds. With endless delivery accessibilities, it has essentially pushed us to be comfortable and socially acceptable laziness.

It is no doubt that many of us have put some kilos on during this lockdown. There is no doubt that it is extremely hard to get rid of the comfort zone while we still live in our ‘new normal’. However, there are a lot of health issues attached to weight gains like your heart health, overall stamina, and joint pains among many other factors.

This comfort zone comes with other physiological and psychological ailments like depression and anxiety. People also often struggle with weight issues due to health ailments like thyroid or PCOS. This, in turn, could lead to other health issues. It is often difficult for them to make sure that they’re staying on the right track.
