You are a BadAss you just need reminding

Being a ‘Badass’ is not about wearing the leather gear to look like the T-birds & Pink ladies from Grease the movie.

It’s about trusting within, not giving a fuck what others think and simply applying what truly matters to you and feels right to do.?

Before I continue, I just want to explain more to you regarding the above reference; when I state ‘not giving a fuck’, I am not placing the wording to come across as hurting people and their feelings, quiet the opposite.

Being a Badass you take control of your actions, as you simply have been through too much bullshit in life where enough has become enough. Resulting, in you becoming tough and uncompromising to settle for less and for fuck’s sake, why should you!

It doesn’t just stop there; You become a role model to your younger children, if this applies to you??

Also, you draw more people who have this attitude, resulting in an all round win.?

When you generalize the word ‘bad arse’ in a negative form, it can apply as difficult to deal with; mean-tempered and sometimes violent. So tough, assertive, or independent as to be somewhat intimidating:?

Example: He is one badass sheriff who stops at nothing to solve a mystery.?

Despite the word "bad" in a word, it generally has a good/positive meaning. Something like "you're a Badass" may be used as a compliment (similar to "you're cool" or "you're awesome").

A Badass doesn’t need to be guarded and defensive with people instead, they are polite, listen and ready to hear new views, right down to trying things differently in the name of ‘self’ growth.?

But, don't be fooled, they take no shit so don't even it.

Some people will find this intimidating and trust me when I say this, the playing victim follows. This all comes down to that individual seeing your growth and not being able to accomplish this themselves, that is their problem not yours.

Just think; as a person who has grown, you want to attract people on the same level, tell you straight how it is rather than waffle bullshit, and place manipulating tactics so you don’t grow.

When confidence shines within you, you needn’t have to justify it outwards.

We can all place a fake smile on the outside, but you needn’t when you begin to realise, you're simply a ‘Badass’ about to be born.

You don’t need to watch Clint Eastwood to John Wayne movies, as you are the star role in your own action movie that is reality.?

You own your own style and dress according to the fashion season that suits you, not what is in trend.?

The black shades needn’t be worn, as your presence speaks its volume without you having to justify it.

We all need to have a little badass pumped into us once in a while.

In my opinion, and experience, I defiantly want more people like this in my life than false pretentious twats that waste my time, call on you when they are bored, moan about the most stupidness of things, wouldn’t you?

The magic of knowing you are ‘Badass’, you actually give hope and inspire timid people who want to be that way but are afraid to.?

I have never been a woman to take shit from people, even when I was younger or now. I experienced a level of bullying when I was at secondary school for being obese, but I can still to this day bag a good punch if necessary, but I would rather not.?

As much as I hated my body, I learned not to show this on the surface and that was my power.

Be brave, be dauntless, be you and unleash the badass within no one but you can do it!

Here are 5 ways to a good, or maybe a great badass:

Never entertain people pleasing:

Even a Badass can lose concept and get sucked into people pleasing. This often occurs when a situation, subject can turn into a reaction or a conflict.

Stop, speak your mind, be you and remember if they even placed you in this scenario, these are not your people.

If you even get the slightest whiff of this happening, stand your ground and shine out that badass you are intending to be. Some might not like your views, but hey, you’re keeping it real.

Lead your Badass tribe:

A mass impulse with your actions leads to advantageous opportunity.

If this is carried out, you miss self-growth opportunities and attract people who have no clear direction of purpose.

Be mindful by reminding yourself that you have the choice to pick your ‘Badass’ tribe and quietly lead them.

You are responsible for your own badass gate yard & who comes in:

There is a difference between placing a guard up to having your own Badass fence. A Badass fence acts as your boundaries to others.

You are the boss of who you allow in and who you don’t into your badass yard. This saves your time being wasted, as a plus it becomes a healthy boundary that caters and protects and takes good care of you.

Keeping it real:

Being true to your personality, values & spirit regardless of the situation is being in tuned with you being authentic.

This is not an undesirable trait to have, however a true badass possesses these qualities and knows when to speak their mind and not giving a shit in doing so.

Some will get offended, whilst others understand they are keeping it real.

Either way, it makes it easier to recognise who is worthy of your time.
