"You Asked for Feedback, So Here’s My 6-Minute ‘Interview’ Experience"

WHAT INTERVIEW???!!!

If you are talking about the 6-minute phone interview, I was told I'm not a good fit because I'm a man!? I had no experience with cooking, even though I'm a hard worker, a quick learner, and within walking distance from the location. Oh, that interview?

Yeah, now I remember. After having to express myself, I was later told when I called back to confirm that they went in another direction with someone who, with cooking experience, better fits your company.

So, all my sales experience and being close (walking close), honest, and professional don't matter. Got it.

Hopefully, that answers your question because it's always wonderful to get insulted, but I guess that's just par for the course when applying these days.

It's a sales job, not a chef job, but what do I know?

Raymond

I'm not victimizing my experience. Companies want feedback, yet they want it confidential. I'm a little bit different.

You asked for my feedback. Congrats. Here it is
