You are always voting...even if you choose not to decide you still have made a choice
You are voting with your feet, your eyes, your ears, mouth, everything...especially your wallet - what we are putting money into is a reflection of ourselves and our broader society. So the numbers from this Pitchbook report is extremely upsetting - quarterly VC funding for startups founded or co-founded by females has dropped off 48 from second to third quarter this year - I sincerely hope this activity picks up and surpasses what it was pre-coronavirus - which in the grand scheme of things was far too low, especially among

Awareness is good, action is way, way better.
So what can any one person do - we can learn how women leaders have handled the pandemic. The key lessons from the article -
1. Include everyone
2. Be authentic
3. Tell the truth

5. Embrace technology

One easy thing to do is to pay some attention - the posts that people share are important to them - their content is their vote - and your reaction is your vote - how you react, comment, share, and engage - it's super easy, barely an inconvenience.
