Are you also running a race?

Life is a race. We all have different goals, but we are all running on a finite timeline. If you're like me and enjoy running, then this article is for you! In this article, I will discuss my views on how to make sure that your life is not only fun but also fulfilling by running the right race.

If life is a race, who is racing with you?

Are you racing with the universe?

  • Do you feel that everything around you is moving faster than it should, or slower?
  • Is there a feeling of being pulled in two directions at once—being pushed by both your past and future, as well as being pulled by everything else around you? Or are things just going too fast for your brain to process?
  • Are you racing against others or racing against your past to be a better version of yourself?

How far have you run?

The answer will give you a little more insight into what motivates you. If you've run a marathon but are only doing three miles now and then, then maybe that's not the goal for your running career. Maybe it's something more like, "I want to run five miles."

Ask yourself, "What am I trying to accomplish?" How far have I gone? What is my goal? How will I get there? What am I doing now in order to accomplish this feat? "

Life is a race, but remember to enjoy it!

Enjoy the journey. Enjoy your hobbies. Enjoy the scenery. Enjoy the hills and mountains. Enjoy the food. Enjoy the people. Enjoy the challenges and wins and losses, even when they hurt or make us cry or laugh too hard at times (or not at all).

Life is not only about making money, stretching your health for that last-minute presentation or burning the midnight oil to complete that assignment. Life is also about being happy with what you have in front of you at any given moment—whether it’s a run through a park on your lunch break or getting ready for bed after working late into the night on a deadline at work—and if there are things we can change in order to make our and others' lives better, then do those things! If not, then sometimes we should let things be as they are because they were meant to be that anyway!

Don't forget to enjoy the competition—even if there are other people who are running in front of you or behind you.

And don't forget about how much fun it is just being out there on foot! Running is one of those things where we're all competitors but also comrades while doing it; sometimes we'll talk smack as we run by each other (or maybe even cheer each other on), but mostly we just keep moving forward together as one big group with common goals: namely, getting from point A (wherever it may be) to point B without getting hit by cars along our way!

Cheers to life. It's small. Enjoy it!

Good One Arpit, Marathons teach the greatest lessons of life, Dedication, Determination, Sacrifice, Preserverence. But 99.9 % Participants run the marathon to finish it and not to win it, that’s because winning the race is not important for them, beating the challenge their own self is giving them is what is important. As rightly described by Surya Prakash Pati sir, your life in any of tasks you do you will start enjoying it and then it will not become painful wether to run 42 kms or to Work 12 hours.
