While history may be replete with turning points that ultimately lead to positive change, living through, coping with, and thriving through a storm can be a nauseating ride.

Feeling paralized, waiting, watching, and bracing for impact… very human responses. But do they serve the greater good? Will those responses help you, your family, your customers, and your community? 

Having spent a corporate career focused on leadership that creates a safe space for every person to be themselves, give their all, fail confidently, and learn to thrive through those experiences inspired me to form a Business Coaching firm. Even though my career has spanned wildly different industries (grocery and financial services), what has remained consistent is the human condition: when given the right space to do so, people are innovative, creative, caring, nurturing, and collaborative.

Here’s what I know: you are not alone. You may be the CEO, business owner, or executive leader, but you are not alone. And if you need an ear, a sounding board, or simply a different perspective: I am here for you. Gratis. An investment of time in a fellow human being. I care about my community and want it to be the thriving, beautiful, kind, and supportive environment it has always been.
