??If you are allowed to build a team, keep reading

You know that my life purpose is to help entrepreneurs grow their business.


A part of that is being able to connect people that want to become entrepreneurs with a leader that they can work with as they first get started.


Are you that person?


Are you going to help entrepreneurs become insurance agents?


If so, I want to help you attract these new agents so that they can work with you.


You will make money as they sell insurance policies, and hopefully you will connect them with me so that I can empower them as they create their own empires.


When I talk to other insurance agents about growing their teams, I usually get one of two responses:


1.I absolutely need to grow a team but I do not know how


2.I am not a leader, I do not know how to manage a team


If you resonate with the second example and do not feel like a leader, I recommend reading the book “How to Win Friends and Influence People“ by Dale Carnegie (LINK )


If you were the first person, you NEED to grow a team but are stuck on the “HOW”... here’s what to do so that you are a magnet to wannabe entrepreneurs that are looking for their next opportunity.


First, you need a message that attracts the type of person that is willing to work and also understand that this is something they will have to work at…being great at selling insurance is not something that happens overnight.


I have attached a PDF example of some of the ads that I have found work really well.


Second, you need to make sure that you ask them really good questions when you interview them. It is imperative that you are able to flush out people that are not a fit for you so you do not spend your time talking to people that won’t make a good teammate.?

Don’t be afraid to tell someone that is not a good fit for you, even if they seem excited to work with you. Listen to the red flags!


Last but most importantly, you need to make sure that you have an easy onboarding process so that when the right person says YES to you, they are able to get started as soon as possible


Any delays from them saying YES to them being able to make the first call to sell insurance will result in them losing their motivation to move forward.
