Are you AFRAID?

Fear is normal. Even when things are great, we ask ourselves:

? What could hurt me?

?What could destroy my life?

?What could harm my livelihood?

and we try to fix it.

Today, a lot of people are afraid. I'm afraid too. I'm afraid for my health, my loved ones, my business. And fear can sometimes put us in a paralysis, where we don't know what to do, or we do the wrong things. How do we still work when we're afraid?

Figure out what you do when you're afraid. Fix what you're doing wrong and nurture what you're doing right. In my case, when I'm afraid, I

?? cry

?? research

?? procrastinate by watching cartoons and comedy

?? talk to other people about it

?? get angry

?? get impatient

?? ask for help

?? take bigger risks

If I can figure out what I'm doing wrong I can try to fix it.

Fear is brought about by uncertainty. The worse things CAN happen, but they haven't yet. Which means, good things can still happen too.

Hold on. Breathe. Think of how we can get through this. Figure out how we can turn FEAR, to HOPE.
