Are you 1 of my 30,000 connections on Linkedin?

So I wrote this article below for my Facebook account yesterday and had such positive & supportive feedback, that I have decided to now take time to slowly work through my 30,000 Linkedin contacts and do the same cleanup. My aim is to create a network of people with a Common Mindset, Ethics, Kindness, Professionalism and a great supportive community of the Movers, Shakers and Trailblazers of this world.

What I wrote here in Facebook below 100% applies to what I will be starting to do with my Linkedin contacts from today onwards.

Over the last 1 year I've got really strict about WHO I surround myself with and WHO Im now friends with here on FB...some of you have been asking me how I decide who I connect with and whose connection do I accept.....so I thought I'd share.

You must :

Be a genuine person with a Profile photo( surprising how many dead accounts I had when I first starting cleaning up)

Post REGULARLY on FB ( eg within last 2 weeks or less)

Not be rude nor swear in public or at others

?Yes you have an opinion about all things in the world right now but you don't go shaming and slamming other people for thinking different to you! You're opinionated but with complete respect that there are ALWAYS TWO sides to any debate and seek to understand others.

You're incredibly Driven , Passionate about what you do and most of all KIND to others

You are a global soul and are open to connecting with others from all over the world

There is something unique about you..I love this..makes Life more fun! ..and your FB Feed

You comment and engage on my posts

We have had at least ONE private conversation by messenger together and it was NOT a sales pitch ( those connections get instantly deleted)

?You can be working in Any industry or even retired but you share my values above

?You share pretty cool photos / videos of your life

?You are NOT just about business and selling all the time- and if you have only messaged me with a sales pitch then its time to learn how to network on here properly : Relationships first, Business Second.

Thanks for reading my article above I posted in Facebook. I am now about to purge my Linkedin account ( which will take some time to work through ) to create a great group of people from all over the world.
