Yomdel is growing and hiring

During the past two years Yomdel has gone from a standing start to a business seeing its turnover doubling every few months to now be generating revenues into seven figures. This has been achieved by the excellent team at Yomdel in Billingshurst and offshore under the guidance of business founder Andy Soloman, and I, Tim Breden, the MD. 

Andy & I have made no secret of our plan which is to grow Yomdel to achieve annual revenues of in excess of ￡3m before the end of 2018, before exiting and potentially handing over the reins to a team that we’ll build between now and then; either as the result of a MBO or other form of acquisition / sale.

So, the clock is ticking and we now seek high calibre individuals to help us on the journey and to potentially take over the business. Key areas include Sales,  & Marketing, Finance and Technology. The Operations aspect of the jigsaw is in place, and we're now seeking applications and CV’s from anyone in these disciplines who has a proven track record and who sees the opportunity while fully understanding the challenge and commitment such posts require.

These aren’t opportunities that come along every day and we’re very aware that many may see it as too big a challenge. Salaries will be a basic but with strong incentives linked to the growth, performance, and profitability of the business.
