YogaINCorporate

The situations we face in our corporate lives teach us a lot. They are tough, amusing, demanding and sometimes downright crazy! I have picked up some of these situations and tried to draw parallels with some Yoga asanas or Yoga poses!

Neither am I a Yoga expert nor have I cracked the corporate code yet! Just sharing a fun perspective here!

Please read the captions that go with each of the poses!

Let me know if you too can think of some corporate situations and the asanas that go with it!

Happy Yoga!

This is excellent and refreshing, especially on Monday morning :). I would also pair this with 2 - 5mins breathing exercises. No, you don’t have to be a yoga Guru to master the pranayama but just 5 (in)-5 (out) breathing for 2 min would restore a lot of energy! Very good thought process .. hope I(We) take inspiration from here .. Happy Yoga!
