Worshipping the sun in the morning is the traditional practice of Hindu uprising. And to bow down to this sun is called Surya Namaskar in Yoga practice. This Surya Namaskar has twelve sequences that are connected to many asanas. The twelve sequences of asanas are dedicated to Hindu God Surya.

Perfect time for Surya namaskar
The best time to greet the sun, preferably before the sun rises or at 6 a.m. 6 times a day, is enough for the Working busy person and 13 times better for others. One of the rules of sun salutation is to have the stomach empty and wait 15 minutes after consuming water. The sun salutation must be done slowly and concentrated and try to get the benefits.
Sun salutation is a science; not an art
In the purest sense, the sun salutation is the key to yoga: it enhances the body's overall strength, composes stamina, and formulates flexibility. This series of 12 postures has the benefits of both Asanas and Pranayama. It should be done very early in the morning, facing the rising sun.
