Yodel such poor service

Just experienced the worst customer service I've ever had with Yodel! The representative of the company even put the phone down on me. Having had a card left with tracking details on they now cannot locate the item nor have any record of it. Such poor service! Any one else experienced similar?

7 年Zak Hi, I Have just emailed you some contact details - hope you get it sorted. I had a very poor CE with Yodel and I will say when the feedback got to the right people it was acted upon very quickly and satisfactorily.

7 年Yep. Often get a card saying 'we tried to deliver' when I've been home and sat just 12 feet from the front door. Not sure what the motivation is for not delivering the parcel and just pretending to have tried to do so?

7 年Yep. My experience with them is that of consistently poor service. Currently looking after a friend's house whilst they're on holiday. Found Yodel slip pushed thru the door saying "Parcel left by back gate". Said back gate is on a very well used public bridleway ....so obviously the parcel is no longer there.

7 年Oh yes indeedy! I feel your pain. But in our case they put the card through the wrong door and left the goods god knows where. So long as they have a signature your credit card company wont refund them. I always check who the courier is, if it's Yodal they don't get my business.
