When I wrote my second Management Book, The Virtual Manager, Cutting-edge Solutions For Engaging Remote Workers, I never dreamed it would have even greater applicability due to a worldwide pandemic. Due to the Coronavirus, hundreds of millions of people are now being asked to work from home instead of commuting to a workplace site, posing many questions for those employees and their managers.
