We are excited to share some significant updates with you this month. Firstly, we would like to announce that our CEO and Founder, Scott McLaughlin, will be stepping down as CEO after 12 years of exceptional leadership. He will move into the role of Chairman and remain on the Board of Directors. We thank Mr. McLaughlin for his dedication, commitment, and the incredible growth he has led the company to achieve.

We are thrilled to announce that President of Europe Disa Sanstorn will be taking over as the new CEO of YgEia3, effective June 1st. Ms. Sanstorn brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge, and we are confident that she will lead us to new heights.

We also have exciting news about our recent buyout of GSKWLS, a company that has supported and assisted us for many years. We are pleased to announce that we have completed a cash buyout deal valued at over $600 million. We believe that this acquisition will bring new opportunities, innovation, and growth to our company. As part of the acquisition, David Schoenfeld will be stepping down from his Chairman role, and current CEO Scott McLaughlin will be taking it over.

Lastly, we are thrilled to announce that YgEia3 will be launching a new division and new product in late Q3 or early Q4 of 2023. We can't wait to share more details with you in the coming months.
