Yet Another Moment of Bliss

Yet Another Moment of Bliss

How lucky am I to live a life where I can follow my bliss?

As I’m writing this, I am sitting at a coffee shop in Seoul with a cup of americano, a vanilla macaron, and an actual waterfall in front of me. Granted, mainit, so I’m sweating all over. But that’s also the best camouflage for the tears that won’t stop falling.

I’m just…grateful. There is nothing more I can ask for at this very moment.

Honestly, there’s nothing extraordinary about me. I don’t think I’ve saved a nation in my past life, nor will I be doing so in this lifetime. I guess it’s the gratitude—gratitude when life wasn’t so kind and gratitude when it was bliss.

That’s what makes these surreal moments possible
