Police in Brussels started scanning footage from CCTV After the attack! But, would you not agree that surely the perpetrators of This incident, and perpetrators of Thousands Of Other Incidents (both criminal and non-criminal) must have At Some Point Of Time Been Caught On CCTV Somewhere? Of course they would have been! We now hear that a senior nuclear scientist was under surveillance for months. Had someone ‘Looked’, wouldn’t some of their Movements, Actions, etc., just have raised an Alarm Bell that could have Avoided this tragedy?
But Who Watches CCTV?

AUDIT OR SUFFER
This is the Harsh Truth; and has been Ignored both by users and the industry. However, in our opinion, this is the Only option available if people want real outcomes from CCTV.  Just as we audit books of accounts and business processes, CCTV Must also be ‘Audited’.
