It’s been a few weeks since this happened, I was walking on the busy streets of MUMBAI and I came across this life size banner of Nike that read “YESTERDAY YOU SAID TOMORROW< JUST DO IT!” This particular quote by Nike is the most real thing I’ve ever read.
How long has it been since you’ve been following the habit of putting things off for later? I was into a pattern conditioned over years where I would constantly postpone tasks.
1. Start a diet ?
- From Monday!
2. Go for a walk?
- Tomorrow
3. Make that difficult call?
- Later in the evening
4. Quit my Job to follow my passion
- next year for sure!
Guess the most ironic part of all these answers, Monday, Tomorrow, Evening and Next year never come!
Time and again, I’ve seen people fall in this rut. Your procrastination is not laziness, its your fear masked as laziness. Its your brain doing its job of keeping you protected and safe in your comfort.

The solution to come out? Follow Nike and JUST DO IT!
I truly believe that we have to start somewhere, anywhere but we must start.
It could be just by realising the limiting beliefs and take the first step to change them, it could be wearing your shoes and going for a 10 mins walk. Anything.
And guess what, sometimes it even okay to look around and take some help.
I truly believe that people support people. I’ve seen my I’M Beautiful From Within community as a proof of that! When we come together and work together change becomes easier.
I hate the fact that sometimes we are so wrapped up in ourselves that we can’t ask for help or sometimes worse, we think we don’t even need it. Guess what? Everyone needs it. We all need support, I need it and so do you and so does everyone. Because support makes growth easier, smoother and more consistent.
I know the common line of wisdom is “Self motivation is best motivation” but tell me something, how has that worked for you so ever? Does it always work?
I would have Never successfully walked on my path of transformation if it wasn’t for the people I met around, with all my clients, I feel the biggest factor of transformation and success hasn’t been me but its been the community we have built together.
I believe its truly incredible to have someone say “Hey come on, lets stay accountable to each other and do it together” or someone tell you “Don’t worry, I believe in you, lets do this” Pause and ask yourself
Just Begin!
