I would like to start my article with the words from Franklin D. Roosevelt

The article addresses the much needed changes, innovative ideas and ingenious policies in real estate industry of our country. Since 60_70% of our country' s wealth comes from Real estate so no one can deny the core role of Real estate sector in country's GDP.

But unfortunately, nowadays we see investors backlash in making investment and public outcries while confronting complicated documentation , lack of education, complex investment policies and methods to trap the buyers from some of our country's renowned Real estate dealing projects, tends to pull back this industry, which left them with no option than getting compromised and blackmailed in making investment deals in real estate.
