Yes, you Can write that Book!

Yes, you Can write that Book!

YOU CAN WRITE A BOOK

…and here is why:

Despite a million reasons people come up with, and you might too, why you “can’t” write, deep down you know that you can, true?

Most likely it’s not that you can’t write that book you wish to write, it’s more something around ‘it’s hard to make time to write’, or maybe that you are not ‘good’ at writing.

One constantly recurring reason why people say they ‘can’t’ write that book they wish to write, is that it takes a long time to write a full book.

The three reasons, that it is ‘hard’ to write, that you think you might not be ‘good’ at writing and that is takes a long time to write a full book all have the same simple solution.

Firstly, writing itself is easy. When I think back to the times where we had to hand write page after page to get that essay, that story or review of a poem done, that was ’hard’.

It was hard because handwriting does take a long time and we had to ‘learn’ about the topic we were writing about. It was not something we already knew.

When you write a book, as an experienced, established coach or consultant, you know your topic inside out.

You work on it daily with clients. You already write posts, even articles about your topic, so it is not something you have to first ‘learn’ and then write about it. It is not hard for you to write about your topic of expertise.

?

?Secondly, being ‘good’ at writing means different things to different people. Here is what it means when you write a book about your expertise for people who want to know about that expertise and the amazing results you help clients achieve with your method.

It means, these people you are writing for, would like to be able to understand in plain English what you are saying.

The reader of your book wants to be able to know the words you put on the page and not have to deal with ‘professional’ speak that they first have to consult a dictionary before they know what you mean.

And the reader wants to feel you ‘hear’ them and their pain and frustration that you help take away, in their own words.

Good writing for a reader you know means you write as if the person was sitting across the table from you and you are directly speaking to them. That is good writing.

?

And thirdly, writing a ‘full’ book is not writing an encyclopedia. It is writing a book the reader it is intended for has a good chance of reading within a relatively short period of time.

We are all busy. It is said our attention span has shrunk to less than 9sec to be spent on any one piece of text.

With that in mind, and from my experience writing my own three books and working with clients since 2014, a good size book is approx. 120 – 160 pages.

In fact, the entire writing process for a book of that size takes less than six weeks when you have clarity on why you are writing your book and who you are writing it for.

?

People who get my help, get my proven framework that helps you BUY BACK time, because you’ll be writing in the most efficient, least time-consuming, ‘staying in your flow’, way.

And that means, we make full use of your expertise and experience to write your book, whatever your specific reason for writing it is.

I know:

?·????????You CAN write that book – because you’re established in your business, you already have all it takes to do so. (I wrote 3 books while building my businesses & serving clients)

·????????You can write that book NOW – my proven framework eliminates the confusion around writing, the fear of it being a ‘good’ book and the ‘time’ frustration (fitting writing into your other work is easy with this framework)

·????????It is possible to write your book fast, WITHOUT compromising on quality of content. (I’ve worked with loads of people on this who have achieved bestseller status, including myself.)

?

If you’ve been ‘dreaming’ of writing your book or you’ve tried writing your book before and it didn’t work. Or maybe you got stuck, either way, what’s been missing, is a smooth and simple way to follow, a ‘map’, like a personalized ‘paint by numbers’ canvas, WITHOUT it being a generic ‘template’! ?

?

If that sounds aligned with what you’re thinking, I’ve got 10 new spots open now for you to jump in and start writing your book.

?These are the three things I do differently to get my clients to get their Book written:

?1.- Before writing even ONE word of your book, getting my help, you’ll tap deep into WHY you want to write and what specifically you want to achieve with your book.

?

My process focuses you on the outcome you want to achieve and shows you what you need to write the book about and unfolds, as if by magic, exactly what needs to go into each chapter, which in turn, makes it so smooth and fast to write the entire book

???

2.- I teach all (3) three Phases of getting your Book in Place:

1)????????I teach how to Write the Book,

2)????????I teach you how to Publish the Book

3)????????I teach you the Marketing Strategy that helps raise your profile and positions your expertise so that even more people get to know about you and your amazing work

?

This is conveniently all in the one program, which makes it a fast and smooth experience and you’ll stay ‘in-the-flow’ writing about your experience & expertise.

?

?3.- The proven framework you get to write your book with, is Fast & Effective because it’s ‘mapped out’ for you, like a personalized ‘paint by numbers’ canvas, (NOT post-it-notes, they don’t work!) without it being a generic ‘template’, (NO squishing you into a one-size-fits-all) leaving you free to follow your intuition on the details.

?

If this feels aligned for you, send me a PM and we'll see if your book idea is a good fit, if so, I’ll share the details on how we can get you enrolled and, on my calendar, to get started ASAP.

Great tips Sigrid! I especially agree with the third point- effective books don’t have to be drawn out, they can be (and need to be) succinct and to the point.
