YES, YOU CAN COME TO TEXAS!

YES, YOU CAN COME TO TEXAS!

Everything has changed... all, it seems, in a matter of days. We are now managing our lives in ways that seemed unimaginable just 45 days ago. Some days are better; some days —maybe most days — we need support when we feel more than just a little off-balance.

How we manage those days, and what we do next, could affect more than just tomorrow.

This is just a small window into how it feels to be coming out of a treatment program, whether for anxiety, depression, substance abuse and/or other types of addictions. Add COVID-19 — on top of integrating a new skillset, staying in recovery and returning to a living situation that may not be the right fit — and the world seems very scary.

Most states now have shelter-in-place requirements and for good reason. However, individuals CAN travel from state to state if there is a valid medical reason. There is nothing more valid than staying physically and emotionally healthy, continuing to strengthen treatment gains, and staying out of the pain and disappointment of relapse. That strategy happens best in an environment that is structured, caring, and clinically strong.

Busara makes a positive difference in the life of every woman who lives with us. We are safe, fully stocked and waiting to walk alongside the woman who needs a therapeutically oriented, secure and caring environment while the world outside wobbles a bit more than usual. www.mybusara.com
