Yes, it works !

Deploying a brand spanking new product in the field is always a intense experience, let alone deploying a new product which is 100% in house design, manufactured in our own country and the baseline for things to come, not just in one but two elderly care sites simultaneously.

Did we hit a couple of snags ?

You bet we did.?? Some real head scratchers too.

As they usually roll, the entire Aperi team worked and cohered as a single entity to execute a proper root cause analysis, determine a plan of attack, remediate, test & deploy, and all of that in no time at all. All for one and one for all, having calls & sparring well into the wee hours because there was something amiss with our love child.

And of course, we emerged victoriously !

For the nosy ones ?? the debugging team found out that part of the existing buildings infrastructure in one of the pilot sites was yanking down the voltage of the central power supply array we use .. but not all the time.?? Once we knew that we could remediate things on the software side of things by lowering the alarm threshold for voltage drops on that particular circuit.

And that’s the genious of great design : plan for things you know whilst planning for events that might (or may never) occur but without rendering the solution sluggish or inefficient.

Let it be known that both our hardware- and our software design teams had already built in this eventuality.
