Yes, the waves kept coming.
I have been fascinated by the analysts and consultants' community in the little over 10 years I have spent in the telecoms world. They are a frenemy from my standpoint and it is a constant endeavor to feature and remain in their good books.
And remain you must, mainly because these experts are the catalysts to faster decision making for customers and partners. In a marketplace crowded with "me too" and "also ran" class of service providers, key decisions are often poorly made or are held up for too long. The CxO is often tied down by the smoke and mirrors from some vendors and everyone suffers in the process. Who helps them make decisions ? You guessed it.
At the UC Summit 2015, we had the opportunity to get face to face with many of the 'rock stars' of the UC analyst and consultant community operating in/from North America.
The waves on the shores of La Jolla kept coming and so did appreciation of who we are, what we do and what we are poised for in this market which loves challengers.
We are ready for it, U C #onyourterms.
