Yes? No? Clarity - how to tap into our own intuition and inner wisdom

I just found a treasure - a small piece of paper with a mom, a kid, and their little black puppy drawn on it.

This artistic happy expression by my little son, along with the many love letters, received from friends on different occasions, testimonials by clients, feedback by peers, diplomas and certificates for completion, are part of my emotional bank, my treasure chest, which I keep growing.

Do we have clarity about our emotions, about what prevails in our daily lives - feeling great or low?

Are we aware of what supports us and what destroys our sense of well-being?

Do we regularly check about the impact of the relationships with the people around us and the boundaries we set?

How can we be sure whether something is good or bad for us, at a particular time in our lives?

Just an hour ago, in a beautiful online group call, in which we were exploring different ways for muscle testing to use for working with beliefs and patterns, I undoubtedly chose the image of my little son happily singing and hopping, to create the energy picture of an affirmation, of the "Yes" answer. I also have a very strong, unshakeable feeling of the opposite, the energy of constriction, which represents the “No”.

I have been using this type of getting clarity for more than a decade. It first started when I got ill after a big emotional shock when my cold-like condition could not be affected by any classical medical or alternative treatments for about a month. There was a line of sleepless nights of meditations, sacred Taoist exercises, essential oils, qigong, simple cold above the counter remedies, herbal teas, and tinctures, until the relief and fast recovery came after the realization of the psychosomatic connection which my body was showing me (the shock after the panic and fear for the safety and health of my son). the answers arrived through a deep process of inner inquiring, using a variety of muscle testing.

I got intrigued by it and kept exploring until I found my own way to check what is true and false for me by deeply connecting with my body.

How do you get clarity when you have burning questions and all is up to you?

Here it is one way you can support the choices of your mind by getting in touch with your inner wisdom through your body.

Start with identifying a few 100% positive, emotionally charged situations, with the full range of physical sensations. Support it with images (look at your kid's sweet drawings), sounds (remember the laughter or the song that makes you happy), and observe the change that arises in your body. Connect with it, this might become your body’s sign for affirmation.

Likewise, evoke a body response to a negatively charged memory, and capture it as a sign for negation, for a No.

One needs lots of practice until achieving a level of confidence, to be able to trust the process, as extra support to their decision making.

I like to engage the three brains - the mind, the heart, the guts - when checking the validity of one or another choice option.
