How about that phrase for being in the hospitality biz? Love it and it's the phrase that makes Cameron Mitchell one of the top restaurant groups in the country.

You might remember them when they opened Cameron's Steakhouse and Mitchell's Seafood but they sold both to Ruth Hospitality in 2008. They opened their first Ocean Prime right here in Michigan (Troy) and now have nearly 20 OP locations (opening next in Vegas).

Celebrating their 30th anniversary, they now operate more than 100 locations. Cameron is a true entrepreneur and an inspiration to not only entrepreneurs, but anyone and everyone that has ever started a restaurant and is in the business. Now I'm waiting for Cameron to write his book.
