Yellow Smiling Face

Here is one post that I am going to make here since I am showing off a bit of a portfolio here. The last two posts were pictures that I painted using the Photoshop program. Now I am going to post a picture that I have done using Adobe Illustrator. Illustrator is a different program from both Photoshop and InDesign, in which the ladder I will try and use later to produce something. But for now I have a picture that I would like to show you.

With that said, I am about to show you a picture that I have done using Illustrator. I drew the picture using pencil and drew the round face first. Then used pencil to draw the eyes in which they didn't turn out the way I wanted them to. Then I drew the his hair itself. I colored the face yellow, the eyes white and the face yellow. You can tell from the picture that I will need more practice with the pencil. You can also draw it using the Pen command but it is more difficult.

But with practice I will eventually get the hang of both the pencil and pen commands on Adobe Illustrator since they are good tools even though I found using the pencil a bit easier than the pen. For now here is the picture that I drew using pencil.
