YEKPAY NO PAY

Friends in Iran tell me that Yekpay an online money exchange are still collecting deposits then not converting them into local currency, they have added a note on their website now that because of currency fluctuations in the Riyal they cannot provide rates, therefore your foreign currency stays stuck in their e-wallet unusable, maybe YEKPAY should stop their site from taking deposits in the first place, or when they do waive their fees.
