This year's highlights

During 2024, we:

Grew our membership to over 600 Members and Partners.

Launched our eleventh Disability Smart Awards, open for entries until 17 January.

Launched new resources to our upgraded Knowledge Hub, including a Technology Toolkit.

Ran 70 events with 5,220 attendees. That’s 20% more events and 16% more delegates than in 2023.

Created our own Manifesto for a disability inclusive UK.

Expanded our Disability Smart Image Bank as part of our Changing the image of disability campaign.

Had 15,594 interactions with Members and Partners through our Advice Service.

Released 3 episodes of our Disability Today podcast.

Welcomed more than one-third of our membership organisations to our policy and research working groups or forums to help shape disability policy.

Secured 315 pieces of media coverage including @BBC, London Live , The London Standard , The Independent , Forbes , MailOnline , People Management magazine , HR magazine , Personnel Today and Financial News .

Completed 55 consultancy projects.

Welcomed 15 speakers from 8 countries and nearly 700 delegates from 41 countries to our Global Conference sponsored by 汇丰 .
