Having relocated to Saudi Arabia a year ago, I'm continuously impressed by the remarkable warmth, support, and hospitality of the Saudis . There is also so much to learn about the culture of this vibrant nation and I'm continually amazed at the visionary outlook towards the future.
As the saying goes, "Travel broadens the mind, but cultural immersion enriches the soul." The people of Saudi have graciously welcomed me into their midst, eager to share their traditions, customs, and values.
Indeed, "Those who look to the future build the bridges that others will cross." What sets Saudi Arabia apart is this progressive outlook towards the future. The kingdom is undergoing a remarkable transformation, driven by visionary initiatives and bold reforms. It’s great to be contributing to the delivery of the Vision 2030 plan and helping to set a course towards innovation, sustainability, and prosperity.
Living in Riyadh, there’s a mix of ancient traditions and modern life. The city's skyline reflects progress, while its vibrant markets and historical sites respects its rich cultural heritage.
One year in and I’ve already developed a deep appreciation for this nation.
