Recognition and Reflection: Achievements in 2023

This year, Integre Trans has made significant strides in good governance, marked by the successful implementation of our sustainability policy and the formulation of a sustainability strategy. These documents serve as practical tools, guiding our day-to-day decisions and operations. They enable us to integrate sustainable practices seamlessly, ensuring that environmental and social considerations are not just ideals but embedded in our routine decision-making processes. Within our sustainability strategy, we've set four strategic sustainability goals, providing clear direction and focus for our ongoing commitment to creating a positive impact.

Notably, we took a significant step by initiating our first stakeholders survey. The insights gathered from this survey made an impact in shaping and refining our sustainability goals. By actively incorporating the feedback and perspectives of our stakeholders, we ensured that our strategic sustainability goals are not only aligned with industry standards but also responsive to the expectations and priorities of our diverse community.

In addition to our commitment to good governance, 2023 marked the inception of our 'Sustainability Journey' newsletter series on LinkedIn. This platform serves as a dedicated space for sharing our ongoing sustainability progress with our valued stakeholders, including employees, clients, partners, the wider society, and others. Through these regular monthly newsletters, we aim to transparently communicate our achievements, lessons learned, and the evolution of our expertise in sustainability. As we move ahead into the coming year, we are excited to continue this journey, providing consistent insights into our sustainable initiatives and fostering an open dialogue with our community.

In the past year, Integre Trans took a proactive stance in advancing sustainability across the business sector by actively participating in both Lithuanian and international events. These included the 'Achema Group' conference on 'Sustainable Personnel Management – Mission (Im)possible,' the Transporeon sustainability month project, and an event hosted by the Business Women Network and the Employment Service. In these forums, we shared our sustainability strategy, emphasizing real examples and lessons learned, showcasing the invaluable exchange of ideas and best practices that occurs at such gatherings.

In addition to our achievements in 2023, Integre Trans actively pursued several impactful projects, further solidifying our commitment to sustainability:

• The development of intermodal services, a strategic move aimed at enhancing the sustainability of our transportation operations. Intermodal transportation minimizes the carbon footprint associated with traditional, less eco-friendly methods, aligning with our broader sustainability goals.
• The Employee Ambassadors Club was launched, uniting passionate employees who actively participate in company-organized social activities and sustainability projects, while also motivating their colleagues to join these initiatives.
• Further extending our support to education, we allocated 6,000 Euros in financial aid to VILNIUS TECH University students. This initiative, in the form of an annual scholarship for first-year students in the logistics field, aims to inspire and attract future specialists, fostering both academic excellence and a passion for the transport sector.

• Additionally, we implemented a Volunteering Encouragement Project, providing our employees with the opportunity to volunteer for one paid working day per calendar year in a chosen non-governmental or charitable organization.
• Taking a stand against environmental challenges, Integre Trans joined the Operation Clean Sweep (OCS) program, committing to reduce the risk of plastic particle emissions into the environment. Our group has set a goal of zero incidents related to the transportation of plastic particles, ensuring that no leaks occur in soil or water.
• Acknowledging our dedication to sustainable practices, we proudly received the Ecovadis silver medal, a testament to our commitment to corporate social responsibility and environmental issues.

As we stand at the threshold of a new year, we reflect on the challenges and achievements that have shaped our sustainability journey this year. As we do every year, during the Christmas season, our office transforms into Santa's workshop. Together with our team, we gather support and extend it to those who need it most. This year, our focus and gifts aimed at bringing joy to children, helping make their dreams come true through the Children's Dreams project and bringing warmth to the elderly under Maltese care.
