A Year in Review

Ingrid Fawcett Julia Latif and I have by serendipity created an accountable Female Focused group.

I found myself running a brilliant group of female founders in my role as Expert in Residence at NatWest. Then Fiona McGonigle CMgr MCMI mapped me into @we are global women and following 2 Female focused round tables with ARU/Chamber and Midlife 360/Effect UK we ran #I am Remarkable for 26 people in South Cambs Council Office business Centre.

Off the back of that event we have a 2nd face to face https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/1080501873189 on the 24th January, but we also created a free online session for accountability for the I am Remarkable session.

Our Commitment was to deliver a review of the year and list what was remarkable about it and what our growth plans are for 2025

While I am not female or the "perfect" male allie, I am a male allie and look to learn with every interaction and support where possible.

2024

Achievements

• Presented at BIPC Start up day
• Attended the Hults Prize final ( I had Judge a preliminary round in February at Cranfield Uni
• Supported ARU Entrepreneurs with Judging Support
• Became a TYL by NatWest introducer as part of Cadre Rocket
• I have my own hot water Urns
• Partnered with 3 Venues for face to face networking
• Used Ai to launch my White Paper on Carbon Auditing
• Started writing using Ai my field Manuel for Personal Growth and Resilience
• Was named the key moment for an Amazon fulfillment business to be successful

2025

The Vision

• Support individuals with coaching
• Create core support for female business owners
• Publish my Book The Second Mouse get the Cheese
• Take The White Paper on Carbon Auditing to Global Audience
• Become known International as resource for understanding neurodiversity
• Unleash my retail and banking nouse to turn ￡1 into ￡2 from selling

• Know the formalities of coaching but not to conform to the Monkish doctrine for the sake of it
• Make time to exercise a priority not an add on

In Conclusion

Leaving a role in a huge bank and starting out solo has been and continues to be uncomfortable, but that shows I am growing. Surrounding myself with amazing people with different experiences is key to my growth.

I do miss Debbie Lewis and Adam Walters who were amazing supporting me in NatWest, but going solo is a scary world of opportunity and my new Cadre are amazing
