Welcome to the December edition of our AAIM Sunshine State HR Newsletter. We know it’s the end of a transformative 2024 for you and your team, and you’re probably already in the holiday mood.?
It's such a nice time to reflect on the milestones we've all achieved and set our sights on the opportunities ahead. This year brought challenges, new talents and relationships, growth and innovation, and maybe, some losses. But all of these underscore the importance of resilience, adaptability, and collaboration in navigating the ever-changing HR industry and workplace landscape.
In this edition, we at AAIM feel the need to share key highlights, milestones, and notable achievements we have recorded this year. Before we dive right in, we just want to say a huge “Thank You” for sticking with us these past months and sharing our vision of creating a seamless HR system for SMBs.
2024 Highlights: Milestones Worth Celebrating
1. World-Class Training Programs: Equipping Leaders for Excellence
In the last two years, AAIM has delivered leadership and professional development training to over 30,000 employees nationwide. We mention this, not just as a statistic — but as a testament to our progress in investing in people.
These programs have addressed critical HR issues, such as effective team management, strategic planning, and fostering a culture of innovation. By participating in these programs, our members have created workplaces where employees are empowered to excel and organizations are poised for long-term success.
Over 30,000 employees across the US.
For 2025, we hope to expand our training offerings, with specialized tracks on topics like AI integration in HR, resilience in leadership, and fostering inclusive workplace cultures.
2. Peer-to-Peer Roundtables: A Platform for Connection
This year, we facilitated 130+ Peer-to-Peer Roundtables, bringing together HR leaders, managers, and business owners to share insights and address challenges.
Whether it was navigating compliance changes, sharing insights, or building better workplace policies, these discussions have been instrumental in shaping best practices within our HR community. Beyond knowledge-sharing, these Peer-to-Peer Roundtables helped to foster genuine connections and dynamic space that are key to building a strong, collaborative community for collective success.
More than 130 Peer-to-Peer Roundtables, where we shared insights, discussed solutions, and built connections.
In 2025, we aim to make these roundtables even more dynamic, with virtual and in-person hybrid options and new thematic roundtables focusing on diversity, mental health, and technology in HR.
3. AAIMTrack: Bridging Talent and Opportunity
AAIMTrack, our applicant tracking system, saw 12,874 job postings this year alone. This milestone underscores its role as a crucial tool for our members, helping them streamline hiring processes and connect with top talent. By connecting top talent with exceptional opportunities, AAIMTrack continues to drive workforce solutions that empower our members to thrive and achieve their organizational goals.

4. This Week at Work: A Trusted Resource
Our HR-focused live podcast,?This Week at Work, reached?300 episodes?this year and received over?100,000 views?across platforms. These numbers reflect the podcast’s impact in delivering practical advice, legal insights, and timely updates on HR trends.

Our listeners have praised episodes that tackle challenges ranging from navigating new compliance laws to adapting to remote work models and improving workplace engagement. So, we may introduce new things, including panel discussions and audience Q&A sessions, to deepen its value as a resource.
5. Background Screening: Building Stronger Teams
AAIM conducted 165,000+ background checks in 2024, ensuring that businesses across industries build safe, productive teams. Conducting background checks is essential to building a strong, productive workforce and safeguarding your organization.
