What was 2024 like for you?

In Talent Acquisition it seemed chaotic, right? So much change happening.

The adoption of AI, the fear of being left behind without it vs. the fear of implementing the wrong AI solution, the downsizings of TA, the doing more with less, the need for more and more precise data, skills-based hiring, AI-generated resumes flooding our ATS, and the list goes on.

Even with all of that, TA is still standing! Still ready for what's to come in 2025. I applaud you. You and your teams are amazing!

It's been a whirlwind. So here's what I wish for you for the remainder of 2024...

you've earned it.
